Life Story for Gayle Blair
BLAIR, Gayle – Passed away surround by family on Monday February 12, 2018 at Welland General Hospital. She will be greatly missed by her children; Todd (Wendy), Joe, Mark (Nicole). Grandchildren Cody, Dustin, Justine, Jacob, Jordan and Joshua and Great-grandmother to her Great-granddaughter. She will also be missed by step-sister Shelly, niece Samantha and many family and friends. Gayle will be remembered for her strong native, black roots and religious beliefs. She raised 3 sons on her own while putting herself through nursing school. She has overcome many obstacles throughout her life. Which shows her strength and character. She was a very caring individual and always put others needs ahead of her own. Those who wish can make a donation to Canadian Cancer Society (Women’s Research) in Gayle’s honour.
Family will receive friends at MORGAN FUNERAL HOME, 419 Regent St. Niagara-on-the-lake on Monday February 19th from 2-4 and 7-9 as well on Tuesday 10:30-11:30 with a service following on Tuesday at 11:30 in the chapel. Burial will follow the service at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery in Woodstock. As per Gayle’s wishes her funeral will be held in Niagara-on-the-lake as she loved the beauty of the town.
