OBITUARY
Gay Swan
12 March , 1943 – 14 September , 2018
Peacefully passed away at St. Peter’s Nursing Home on September 14, 2018 at the age of 75.
Predeceased by her loving husband Bob Swan (2016) for 56 years. Dearly loved mother of Andrea Swan-Pulford (Rob) and the late Robbie Swan.
Cherished grandma of Nathan and Liam. Dear sister to Joy Mootz (Bill) and Tony Hill (Linda). Beloved aunt to Paul Mootz and James Hill. Family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks for the excellent care Gay recieved during her time there. Special Thank you to Michelle and Maria for their services above and beyond expectations. Cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held at a later date at Maplewood Cemetery (Hillside) in Huntsville, Ontario. As expressions of sympathy donations can be made to St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke in memory of Gay.
