Passed peacefully at home with his family by his side on Friday December 7, 2018 in his 61st year. Fred, predeceased by his wife Mary-Lynn, will be sadly missed by his children Tracy Antonia, Christopher Cleaveley, Kelly (Michael) Johnson, Crystal (Cody Belford) Middleton-Cleaveley, and Kristina Middleton – Cleaveley. Fred will be cherished by his grandchildren Dylan, Nina, Celeste, Daniel, Spencer, Kae’li, Gavin, Mika, Tayton, Lucian, and Xavier. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Doolittle Chapel of Carson Funeral Homes, 54 Coldwater St. E., Orillia, (705) 326-3595 on Monday December 10, 2018 from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 pm. A celebration of Fred’s life will take place Tuesday December 11, 2018 at 11 o’clock. Cremation to follow. If desired, memorial donations may be made to Aplastic Anemia & Myelodysplasia Association of Canada (AAMAC) and would be appreciated by the family.
