Obituary for Mr. Frank Meyer
Meyer, Lincoln Francis (Frank) –
Passed away peacefully, at the Village of Riverside Glen, Guelph, on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Frank Meyer in his 83rd year, was the beloved husband of Peggy (Smith) Meyer of Guelph. He was the loving father of Frank and his wife Carol, John and his wife Valerie, Jerry and his wife Kim, and Wendy Fraser and her husband Dwayne. Frank was the proud grandfather of Gabe, Kyrie, Caedon, Gavyn, Tamar, Eden, Jordan, Taylor, Robyn, Adia, Ethan, Aidan, Levi, and Lexi. He was the dear brother of Wayne and his wife Linda and of the late Doreen Gaskell, the late Raymond Meyer, and the late Laverne Meyer. Frank was the dear brother-in-law of Jean Meyer and Nancy Hamilton. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Frank owned and operated Meyer Meats for over 40 years.
Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph, where the family will receive their friends on Sunday, October 28, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Vigil for Frank will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 2 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place at Holy Rosary Church 175 Emma St., Guelph, on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
