Frank was born in Umago, Italy on August 12, 1939. He immigrated to Canada with his parents & siblings in 1956 where they settled in Taber, Alberta. He eventually made his way to Medicine Hat, Alberta and became a property tax assessor for the provincial government. When the government restructured & privatized Frank seized the opportunity to open his own business in property tax assessment and appraisals, and moved to Lethbridge.
In 1999 Frank retired, and took his wife on a two year tour of North America. At the close of their full time RV trek, they chose to settle in the Okanagan Valley where he could enjoy the weather, scenery, beaches and vineyards.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Rudolfo & Augusta. He will be forever loved & missed by his wife Barb; children Daniel, Robin (Murray), Schon (Lesley), Julie (Trevor); grandchildren Jeremy, Jessica, Sarah, Abbey, Emily, Cole, Baylee, and great granddaughters Mary & Rose; along with his siblings Serge (Adeline), Claudio (Carol+), Sylvana (Charles), Maria (Jim), Luciano (Rebecca), Dino (Lorna).
