Evangeline Anne “Vangie” Jadis
1941-2018
Peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre,
Charlottetown, PE on October 5, 2018, the death of Vangie
“Ebun” Jadis of Scotchfort, P.E., age 77
years.
Loving Mom, Sister, Grammy, Great Grandmother and
Sogi/Auntie.
She is survived by her: Children all of Scotchfort, PE: Bruce
& Geraldine Jadis, Robert & Deborah Jadis and Angela
Jadis & Alfred Gallant. Her Siblings: Lucy (Albert deceased)
Knockwood, Scotchfort, PE, Joseph & Jeanita Levi Elsipogtog,
NB, Joyce Levi (Tim Gymond deceased) Elsipogtog, NB, Stephen (Lorraine
deceased) Levi, Elsipogtog, NB
Daniel & Thirly Levi, Scotchfort, PE, Sister in Law,
Marianne Levi, Metepenagiag, NB, Gary Levi, Elsipogtog,
NB.
Jadis family siblings: Peter & Sylvia Jadis,
Elsipogtog, NB, John & Judy Clark, Pleasant Grove, PE, Francis
& Georgina Jadis, Scotchfort, PE, Barbara & Mike
Brusiedhead, Standoff, AB.
She survives by her: 12 Grandchildren and 24 Great
Grandchildren, many Nieces, Nephews and Godchildren all in the
Maritimes.
Predeceased by her husband Michael Jadis; Parents, Joe Howard
& Sarah (Sock) Levi; sisters, Shirley & Helen Jean
Levi and brother Jeffery Levi.
Resting at the Hennessey
Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home, 33 Longworth Ave,
Charlottetown, PEI until Monday afternoon, then transferred to
St. Bonaventure’s Church,1295
Donaldston Rd, Tracadie Cross, PEI for funeral mass at 2 p.m.
Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.
Visiting hours
at the funeral home on Sunday 1:30 – 5
p.m.

can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your
choice.
