It is with sad hearts that the family
of Eva Elizabeth Hull of Fredericton announce her passing on
Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at the age of 80. Eva was born at Scotch
Lake, NB on July 25, 1938, a daughter of the late Roy and Minnie
(Clark)
Jackson.
Eva was Baptist by faith and a
long-time member of the Women’s Institute. She was a much
loved and respected school teacher for many years and later worked for
Tower’s Luggage and English Butler. Her warm and gracious
manner endeared her to
many.
She was a
devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who were blessed
to know her. No sacrifice was too big for her to make, which she
always made without
hesitation.
Eva leaves
behind her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, Les Hull; sons,
Richard Hull (Harmony), Laurence Hull and David Hull (Carol); a
daughter, Maty Lynn Hull-Ayles (Charles); granddaughters, Sarah Hull
and Jennifer Hull (Zack); a sister, Dorothy Burtt; best friends, Grace
Howland and Pat Wilson; several nieces and nephews.
Aside from her
parents, Eva was predeceased by two sisters, Beatrice and
Leona.
The family
will receive friends and relatives at Bishop’s Funeral Home,
540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 12
Noon to 2:00 PM followed immediately by a memorial service from
Bishop’s Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Paul Thompson will
officiate.
