years and was a member of the Ladies Insurance Association for many
years. She was an avid reader, enjoyed bowling and attending
her Ladies Cards Night. Edith saw the world through her
travels to Singapore, New York, Vancouver and Las Vegas. She loved
spending time with her family and enjoyed their trips camping in
Cambridge Narrows.
Edith was a feisty woman with a cheeky personality, who was
kind, thoughtful and loving. She opened her heart and door to all,
without judgement and touched the lives of so many. She will be missed
and warmly remembered by her 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren,
her sisters: Jean (John) Demerson and Joyce (Willard) Chatwin, her
