Obituary for
Elli Fehr
It is with great sadness that we announce on July 5, 2018, our mother, Elli Fehr, has been called to Heaven at the age of 88 years.
Elli will forever remain in the hearts of her children, Edith (Louie) Marchesin and Karl (Diane) Fehr; grandchildren, Nick, Adam (Liz), Mary (Trevor), Matthew (Courtney), Michael (Chivon), Tamara (Mik), Jesse (Tammy) and Jakob; great-grandchildren, Emma, Neena, Neko, Maddox and Luca; as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She is now reunited with her loving husband, Johann; brothers, Waldemar and Eugene; and sister, Lucie.
We wish to express gratitude to Evergreen Retirement Community, South Calgary Health Campus and Southwood Hospice for the tender care and compassion they gave Mom during her last years.
Family and friends may pay their respects Monday, July 9 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton.
Funeral Service Tuesday, July 10 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 10759 – 96 Street, Edmonton. Interment in Edmonton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and NWT, or the Cross Cancer Institute.
