Passed peacefully away at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Thursday, January 4, 2018, Elizabeth M. Power of Caplin Cove, age 83 years. Predeceased by husband: Frank; parents: Patrick and Theresa Delaney; sister: Mary Doyle; brothers: Dominic, Mark, and Patrick; brother-in-law: Bill Ellis. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Ann Marie (Brian) Penney, Salmon Cove; two sons: Richard and Gary (Gail), both of Caplin Cove; four grandchildren: Christina (Travis), Terri-lynn (Stephen), Brandon, and Zachary; one great-grandson: Max; one brother: Mike (Hazel) Delaney, Gander; one sister: Dorothy Ellis, Indiana, USA; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Friday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel’s Memorial Chapel, Western Bay. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Low Point. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Elizabeth M.
