Elaine Elizabeth Watkin
November 3, 1932 – January 26, 2018
Mom passed away in the Wetaskiwin Hospital after a lengthy stay.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Debbie McCormick (Len) of Delburne, AB and her loving son, Darrel of Red Deer, AB; also three grandchildren, Chad Wilson (Kari) of Stettler, AB, Trista Wilson of New Norway, AB, and Trevor McArthur (Carly) of Lloydminster, SK; as well as four great-grandsons, Rory, Layne, Dayton and Jett.
Elaine spent most of her working life in the banking field at the ATB in Killam, AB. In 1995 she retired and happily moved to Wetaskiwin, where she could follow her passion of playing Bingo! This she did, twice a day; seven days a week!
She also enjoyed travelling, and holidayed in Mexico, Hawaii, Dominican Republic, Cuba and a Carribean Cruise. Some winters were spent in Hemet, California and visiting Las Vegas was always at the top of the list.
At Mom’s request, there will be no funeral service. Interment will take place at a later date.
