Graduate of Hotel Dieu Hospital School of Nursing 1963,
Passed away at the Lennox and Addington County Hospital in Napanee on Friday, August 3, 2018 at age 77. Predeceased by her husband Michael Cowan (2016). Daughter of the late Cecil and Noreen Baker. Dear mother of Christine Moore (Joseph) of Napanee; Nancy D’Aoust (Paul) of Glenburnie; and Elizabeth Wood (Brian) of Whitby. Loving Nanna to Megan; Lucas; Gabrielle; Olivia; Elliott and Sydney. She will be missed by her brother Duane Baker (Lorraine) of Napanee and her sister Sherry Pringle (Larry) of Napanee and also by sisters-in-law Catherine Follwell (Robert) of Belleville and Mary Jane Cowan (Toronto). The family will receive friends at the HANNAH FUNERAL HOME in Napanee at 123 Dundas Street West (613-354-3341) on Tuesday, August 7 from 9:30 a.m.- 10:45 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick’s Church, 179 West Street at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery Columbarium. Memorial donations by cheque or credit card made to the Lennox and Addington County Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
