Obituary of Eileen Apthorp
Eileen Apthorp
Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, Eileen (Bunnie) Apthorp of London in her 92nd year. Beloved wife for 60 years of the late Harold Apthorp (2007). Loving mother of Lyle and Wendy of London, Richard and Pat of Moncton, NB., the late Nancy (2017) and Ted Farr of Rodney, Carol and Ken Murray of London and the late Mark Apthorp (2008). Proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and her great-great-grandson Onyx. Predeceased by her sister Arnie Holland and her brothers Grainger, Stan and Elg Erickson. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends Lillian and Isabel.
Friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road, South, Lambeth, 519-652-2020 on Monday, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where the celebration of Bunnie’s life will be held in the Stevenson-McWade Chapel on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at 11:00 am Reverend Jim Evans officiating.
