Obituary for Edward “Ted” Thurston
In loving memory of Edward “Ted” Thurston who passed away on Tuesday, February 27th, 2018 at Extendicare York at the age of 95. Beloved husband of Helvi (Johnson) Thurston of Lively. Loving father of Mark (Cheryl) and Edward (Mary Louise). Cherished grandfather of Stephen, David, Paul (Kaitlyn), Hannah (Matti), Daniel and Rebecca Lynn and great grandfather of Olivia. Survived by brothers John, Albert and Arthur and sisters Edna and Elizabeth (Jack).
A funeral service will be held at the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent Street, Sudbury on Friday, March 2nd, 2018 at 11:30am. Interment in the St. Stanislaus Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Bethel Baptist Church would be appreciated.
