Visitation will be held on Friday, November 23rd at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St., N., Orillia, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Parish prayers will be said in the parlours Friday evening at 6:45.
Mass of Christian Burial
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia on Saturday morning, November 24th at 11 o’clock followed by a reception in the Parish Hall. Interment to follow at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery.

WILLIAMS: Edith Veronica (nee Chantrey), (WW II Veteran, R.C.A.F. (WD); (Dedicated Parishioner of the Church of the Guardian Angels & 50-year Member of the Catholic Women’s League). Passed away peacefully with family at her side at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Wednesday November 21, 2018, at age 94. Loving wife of Dr. Paul Williams (predeceased 2002). Cherished mother of Therese (Steve), Daniel (Susan), Cecilia (Brian), James (Lisa) and John (Cindy). Devoted grandmother to Christina (Christopher), Matthew (Lesley), Carolyn (Pawel), Kerri (Cameron), Dominy (Adrian), Caitlin (Jeff), Meghan (Ben), Graeme (Kati), Erin, Brendan, Kiera, Emily (Dane), Thomas, Lucas, Chantrey and Chloe. Beloved great grandmother to Jacob, Annamarie, Elena, Harley, Mackinnon, Evalina, Kinga, Magdalena, Murphy, Isley, Hailey, Aaron, Owen, Emmy Lou, Aberdeen and Winnifred. Loving sister of Dorothy Prior, Theresa Kavanaugh and Bobby Chantrey (all predeceased) and Helen Annis. Thanks to the staff of Trillium Manor, particularly the team on the Ramara floor. Special thanks to Dr. Beaudry and the nursing staff of the 4th floor of Orillia Soldier’s Memorial Hospital for their loving care and support.
