Passed away at her residence on Sunday, February 18, 2018, at the age of 59 years. Beloved wife of Dmitar Akik for 38 years. Dear mother of Djurdjica Akik-Murchison (Robert) and Slaven Akik (Slavica). Loved grandmother of Maya, Emma, Nikolina, and Dimitrije. Dear sister of Milan Kordic and his family. Funeral service will be held at Holy Trinity Serbian Orthodox Church, 700 Fischer-Hallman Rd., Kitchener, on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Williamsburg Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations would be appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 1373 Victoria St. N., Kitchener, ON N2B 3R6, (519-571-9600).
