Peacefully passed away with his family by his side on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Riza Rowsell. Loving stepfather of Jenny Lynn, Jerry Lloyd and Jessica Love. Proud grandfather of CJ and Sypher. Douglas will also be missed by Jun Gapayan, Annabelle Ferrer, Jane, as well as his many friends.
A visitation will be held at McDougall & Brown Funeral Home “Scarborough Chapel”, 2900 Kingston Rd. on Monday, August 13 from 3 – 5 pm and 7 – 9 pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 1 p.m.
