It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that on December 24th, 2018 we said goodbye to a special soul who fought a courageous battle. Doug will be greatly missed by his sister Cheryl LeBlanc (Mike), his brother Jonnie Beers, his niece Carrie Chappell, his nephew Brett LeBlanc, his great niece Nikisha Chappell (McCoy) and the light and love of his life his great great nephew Journey (fondly known as “Bean”) as well as his cousins Ross & Ev Beers, many more east coast family will be heartbroken and many many friends especially those who made many visits of support and encouragement at Oshawa Lakeridge Hospital, Brian & Tammy S., John A., Mike M., Doug B., Tony & Tula, Debbie M. and Kathy E. Condolences to Jon and Family…He was a great Guy to everyone he met..Funny, Kind, Giving…and knew how to Party…We didnt see him often but when we did he was always the same…smile on his face..RIP Doug.
