Passed away on October 30, 2018, at the age of 71. Beloved husband of Jo-Anne for 33 years. Loving and devoted father to Cameron, William, and Andrew. Brother of Anne (Dan) Clark, Charles (The late Inge), Michael (Wendy), Ross (Janet). Brother-in-law of Alice, Cheryl, and Pat (the late Bruce). Uncle to Jeff (Amanda), Kevin (Samantha), Michelle (Adam), Lauren, Jeff, Randi (Kirk) and Michael. Great uncle to Sidney, Drew, Mathew, Taylor, Chase, Mason, and Tenley.
Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stop light north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Sunday from 3 – 5 and 7 – 9p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in the Chapel on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 1p.m. For those who wish, donations to Trillium Gift of Life would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
