STEADMAN, Dorothy Margaret (nee Worton)
March 21, 1930 – December 26, 2018
Dorothy passed away at Moira Place in Tweed with family by her side. Dorothy is predeceased by her high school sweetheart and husband Jack Steadman, and her son John. She leaves behind daughter Janis (David) Green of Marmora, Nana to Christopher (Katie) Green of Foxboro, Susan (Donny) Alexander of Madoc. Great Nana to Jacob and Nicholas Green of Foxboro, Connor, Cameron and Avery Alexander of Madoc. Sister-in-law Lynne & Roy Price of Bayfield, Daughter-In-Law Wanda Steadman of Bayfield and many nieces and nephews who adored her. Dorothy was a worthy matron in the Eastern Star Minerva Chapter 138, Belleville. In keeping with her wishes, cremation arrangements have been made with the JOHN R. BUSH FUNERAL HOME, 80 Highland Ave. Belleville (613-968-5588). A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto.
