Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit of the Miller Centre Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, April 14, 2018.
Leaving to mourn sons Michael (Paula) and Kevin, sister Violet Power, brother Edward Adams, daughter-in-law Mary, grandchildren Brian Junior, Stephen, Mary Anne, Kelly (Michael), Tracey (Darryl), Sharon, great-grandchildren Connor, Noah, Emma, Jacob, Tyler, plus a large circle of relatives and friends, and special friend Mary Little.
Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff of the Palliative Care Unit. Her time at the PCU was filled with generous and caring moments from all members of the staff, including the wonderful volunteer staff. We will always appreciate how you made Dorothy feel at home there.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road. Visitations on Sunday April 15 from 6:00 -9:00pm and Monday April 16 from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 from St. Teresa’s Church at 9:30 am. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Topsail Road. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
