MCCREA, Doris Mary – Peacefully at Pembroke Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 in her 96th year. Doris McCrea (nee Landon) of Pembroke, beloved wife of the late Michael Elmer McCrea. Loving mother of Edward (Brenda) McCrea and Patrick (Elisabeth) McCrea. Caring grandmother of Sarah, Samuel, Shannon, Graeme and Aidan. Caring great grandmother of Colton, Harper and Chase. Dear sister of Janet (Archie) O’Connor and John (Marie) McCrea. Predceased by son Michael J. McCrea (Rona Lee), by parents Horace Leo and Nora Mary Landon (nee Murray), by brothers Murray (Verna) and Malcolm Landon, and by sisters Irma (Chris) Lowell and Joan Quinn (Lloyd). Respecting Doris’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella St., Pembroke on Saturday, November 24th, 2018 from 10 – 11 p.m followed by a service in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment of Ashes in St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke.
