Obituary for Donald Clayton Hollett
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Donald Clayton Hollett announces his sudden passing at his residence in Hermitage on January 1st, 2018 at the age of 78 years.
He leaves to mourn his loving family: wife, Evelyn; sisters, Wilhelmina Wiseman (Wilfred) at Trinity, B. Bay, Della Crant at Head of Bay D’Espoir and Emily Wheeler (Wince) at Corner Brook; brothers, Allan (Dora) at Head of Bay D’Espoir, Ward (Lora) at Hermitage, Jack (Evelyn) at Middle Sackville , NS and Austin (Diane) at Sandyville; sister in law, Maureen Hollett at Spryfield, NS; uncle, Jordan Hollett (Kathleen) at Hermitage; brothers in law, Harold MacDonald (Martha) at Gaultois and Roy MacDonald (Grace) at Hermitage and their families; many special nieces and nephews; plus a number of other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, John and Hannah Hollett; brother, George; father in law, Stanley MacDonald; other relatives.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm from St. Saviour’s Anglican Church at Hermitage with Rev. Hubert Vallis officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Hermitage-Sandyville.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the care of Spencer’s Funeral Home.
