Diane Lynn Williams
Williams (Johnston), Diane Lynn – age 59 of Dartmouth. Dearly loved wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 in the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Halifax she is the daughter of Nancy Johnston (Keeler) and the late Kenneth Johnston. Along with her mother Nancy, Diane is survived by her husband, Graham; sister, Laurie Corey (Rick), Eastern Passage; nephews, Ryan Farrant, Justin Farrant; niece, Staci Corbett (Alex); great niece, Bree Corbett; sister in law, Vera Williams and extended family and friends in Canada and the United Kingdom. She was also predeceased by father in law, Bill Williams. Diane was a Coronation Street expert and was also an avid fan of Dr. Who. She loved to read and was an amazing photographer, but her biggest passion was travel. She and the love of her life, Graham, have been to many places and most recently Hawaii. Her other passion was her love of family, especially her nephews and niece, and became a Great Aunt to Bree 10 months ago. She worked in IT for HRM for many years and loved her job. Visitation will be held from 12-1pm on Tuesday, April 3rd with a funeral service at 1pm, followed by a reception, all in Atlantic Funeral Homes, 771 Main Street Dartmouth. Burial in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens. Family flowers only. Donations may be made in Diane`s memory to a charity of choice.
