“It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Denis Joseph Mario Tremblay (Frog) on December 28, 2017, aged 59. He passed peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Mazankowski Heart Institute in Edmonton, AB.
He will be remembered by his wife Laurel, daughters Sheila, Amanda, and Candace, mother Réjeanne (Theodore), siblings Johanne, Natalie, Eric, five grandchildren, and numerous other family & friends. Predeceased by father Raymond and son Douglas.
