Debbie Lynn Ouellette
September 10, 1962 – June 28, 2018
Unexpectedly at home on Thursday June 28, 2018 at the age of 55.
Daughter of the late James Robert Rusland and Irene Pemberton (Lorne). Wife of Andre Ouellette. Mother of Christina, (James), Jennifer (Jason), Melanie, Ashley (David), and Jay. Proud and loving grandmother of Jordan, Cameron, Ali, Abdullah, Aleena, Abigail and Daniel. Sister to Laurie Rusland and Angie Blakeney (Chris). Special aunt to many nieces and nephews. At Debbie’s request, funeral service will be held privately. In her Memory, donations can be made to Diabetes Canada and or to the Royal Mental Health- Care and Research.
