Obituary Overview
Dean Wooff
Dean Wooff is remembered lovingly by his family and friends after passing away February 5, 2018 at his home in Saskatoon at the age of 51 years. Dean is deeply missed by his wife, Joni; his sons, Tyler and Kyle; sisters, Paula Wooff; Heather Osborne (Nolan); Valerie Hardy (Warren); mother-in-law, Nadine Parohl; father-in-law, Kenneth Parohl; sisters-in-law, Marla Ramsay (Sandy) and Charline Rhinehart (Owen); brother-in-law, Kenneth Parohl (Lynette); and all of his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Dean was born in Turtleford in 1966. He grew up on the family farm and attended K-12 at the Turtleford Community School. He attended Voc Ag at the U of S and as well CAD/CAM at SIAST. He kept busy some winters driving semi and had worked at the Sask Research Council. But his true love and dedication was to the farm, which he eventually did full time. He and his Dad farmed together at Turtleford since a young age. They expanded and bought land at Aberdeen, farming both farms. Dean married in 1994, making their home in Saskatoon. Dean enjoyed golfing, playing hockey, camping, fishing and travelling. Dean was a loving father of two boys. He was a gentle, easy going, devoted man who was always good natured and positive.
Dean was predeceased by his mother, Marjorie Wooff (2013) and his father, Joseph Wooff (2014).
