Obituary of David Campbell
Peacefully surrounded by the love of his family, at the Chapman House Hospice in Owen Sound, on Friday morning, August 24th, 2018. David Daniel Campbell, of Owen Sound, at the age of 74 years. Dearly loved husband of Lillian Campbell (nee Morneau) for almost 53 years. Loving father of Debra Johnston and her husband, Scott, of Brampton and Cathy Cook, of Kitchener. Proud grandfather of Graydon, Ashlynn, Ella, McKenzie and Bayley. Dear brother of Lois Pollock (Ron) and Shirley Arthur, both of Owen Sound, Sandra Martin (Jim), of Bracebridge, Donna Reid (Jim) and Bill Campbell (Gwen), both of Owen Sound and brother-in-law of Lorraine Philp (Ron) and Joe Morneau (Julia), both of Owen Sound and John Morneau (Wanda), of Leith. Dave will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents, David and Mae Campbell; his sister, Jeanette Detta (John); his brother-in-law, Steve Arthur; his parents-in-law, Jerry and Margaret Morneau.
A Private Graveside Service for Dave Campbell has been held. Interment in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Owen Sound. If so desired, the family would appreciate donations to the Chapman House Hospice as your expression of sympathy and may be made through the BRIAN E.
