David Kozakavich 2018

Obituary Overview
Forever In Our Hearts
Our amazing husband, father, brother, uncle and friend Dave Kozakavich, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 2, 2018.
He is now reunited with his parents Olga and John; sister Lorraine; and brother Donnie.
Dave will be deeply missed by his wife Karen; four children Kelly (Jen), Curtis, Cory (Tianna) and Kristin; sisters Loretta and Marlene (Bruce); brother in law Ted; and by many other family and friends.
Dave grew up on his family farm in Goodeve, SK, later moving to Regina where he lived many happy years with his family and dedicated 25 plus years to his profession as a boilermaker up until his retirement in 2017.
Dave will be forever remembered for teaching the kids to build and fix things, being a constant presence at their sporting events and sharing many life events with his family.
We will never forget his love of an immaculate garage, spotless vehicles, and his lush green grass.
Please join us at A CELEBRATION OF DAVE’S LIFE at Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4001 East Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dave can be made to Epilepsy Saskatchewan, P.O. Box 33016, Regina, SK S4T 7X2 or to Diabetes Canada, 919B Albert Street, Regina, SK S4R 2P6.
Arrangements entrusted to Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (306) 789-8850.
