Sympathies message

  1. Hello dear Kathie, I just heard moments ago of Dave’s passing. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. It was during my instructor training, now over 20 years ago, that I first got to know Dave. I count him as one of my earliest coaches, and I remember the genuine, if not insistent :o), way he helped my find my authentic voice. He was not about to let me (or any of the other instructor candidates) settle for anything but my truest and strongest voice, and I will be forever grateful for his careful and caring guidance at a time in my life that was defining. In these ways I know the two you are kindred Kathie, in the many ways you have positively affected so many lives. I live in B.C. now or I most certainly would have been there to pay tribute to Dave, and to give you a big hug in both sadness and gratitude for the difference he, and you, have made in my life. Tonight at dinner
I will be telling my young son the story of Dave’s influence in my life, and we shall raise a glass in his honour. Again Kathie, with a tear of warmth and blessedness, my heart goes out to you……Murray
