It’s with extreme sadness that the family announce the passing of Darlene, October 17th, 2018 at the age of 77 years. Darlene leaves to mourn her husband of nearly 55 years, Alex Gibson; daughter, Tracey Toomey; son, Larry Gibson; grandchildren, Tallus Gibson, Zane Gibson, & Megan Toomey; as well as 6 brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. Darlene is predeceased by her parents, Andy & Margaret Koenig, son-in-law, Les and grandson, Braun. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday October 23rd at 2:00 p.m. at the Jarvie Community Center with Larry Gibson officiating. Donations gratefully accepted to the Jarvie Community Center or Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta in c/o 10004 105 Street Westlock, Alberta T7P 1V2. Westlock Funeral Home & Crematorium Ltd.
