Unexpectedly at his home on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at the age of 46. Son of the late Wallace and Carol Vankoughnett. Survived by his daughter Tyandra, brothers Ben, John, George and Herb and sisters Carol, Sylvia and Gale. Uncle to several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME, 1900 John Counter Boulevard on Thursday, December 13 from 12 noon until 1:45 pm. The graveside service will follow at 2:00 pm at Cataraqui Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Salvation Army in Dale’s memory.
