Clifford “Cliff” Joseph Holt
June 13, 1921 – June 9, 2018
On June 9, 2018 Cliff Holt of Wetaskiwin passed away at the age of 96 years.
Cliff is survived by his loving family; daughters, Barb (Gale) Saffran of Ponoka, Paulette (Robert) Kananen of Olds and Jan (John) Schwonik of Gwynne; grandchildren, Sheryl (Derek), Kevin (Cara) Barbara (Marty), Leslie (Shaun), Chris, Heidi, and Karl (Andrea); great-grandchildren, Dylan, Kayla, Abram, Simon, Conor and Andrew; sister-in-law, Clara Meyer; niece, Beverly (Randy) Badry and nephew, Daryl Holt as well as numerous extended family, nieces, nephews, in-laws and many friends.
Cliff was predeceased by his wife, Jean; son, Stephen; brother, David and parents, Oliver and Ruth Holt.
Memorial Service: First United Church, 5115-51 Avenue, Wetaskiwin on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 1:00 p.m.
In Cliff’s memory, donations are gratefully accepted to the Alzheimer’s Society (In honour of daughter, Barb) or to the First United Church in Wetaskiwin.
