Passed away at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington on Monday, December 24, 2018 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Joao de Jesus “John” (2003). Loved mother of Cesar (Mary) and Fernando. Cherished grandmother of Steven (Nikki.) and doting great-grandmother of Jazmin and Douglas. Dear sister of Maria. Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of the QEW), Burlington (905-632-3333), on Friday, December 28 from 12 p.m., until the start of Funeral Prayers which will be held in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Private interment at a later date. For those who wish, donations in memory of Celeste to Heart & Stroke or Breast Cancer Foundation would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
