Cecilia passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at Kelowna General Hospital on November 8th, 2018 with her daughter by her side. Cecilia checked into KGH on Oct 1, 2018 with pneumonia and was expected to make a full recovery, however, her health quickly deteriorated.
Cecilia is survived by her daughter Shelly, brothers Garry (Sandy), Ron, and Gene (Lesley), nieces Lisa, Cheryl, and Taylor (Jeff), nephew Andrew, great nieces Kelsey and Brooklyn, and great nephews Brock and Isaac. Also survived by extended family in the Edmonton area and many close friends in Alberta, British Columbia, and throughout Canada.
A gathering in her honor will be held in the Spring of 2019.
