Obituary for Carolyn Dale Scherders (Davies)
Carolyn Dale Scherders (nee Davies), of Walkerton, passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2018 in her 61st year.
Beloved wife of Casey. Loving mother of Luke (Maggie Metcalfe), Jenn and Hayley all of Walkerton. Cherished daughter of Shirley Davies. Dear sister of Joanne (Rob) MacKenzie, Perry (Mary Lee) Davies all of Walkerton and Todd (Jill) Davies of Ariss. She will be missed by nieces and nephews as well as sister-in-law Nancy (Doug) Powers of Point Clark.
Carolyn was predeceased by her father Jack Davies; brothers Jim and Marc Davies and brother-in-law Adrian Scherders.
Our family would like our community to know how appreciative we are to Dr. Al Qaseer and his staff for their compassion, and the staff at Brucelea Haven for their love and care of Carolyn while she was there and during her illness. A special thank you to Joanne Mackenzie and Sherry McIntee for their love and support of Carolyn in her difficult times. None of what you all did, will ever be forgotten by our family.
A celebration of life will be held for Carolyn on Friday, November 16, 2018 at 519 Table and Pour, Walkerton (972 Old Durham Road) from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
