Carol Lynn Giles 62 – Enfield
It is with great sorrow that we the family of Carol announce her passing on August 10 in Truro at the Colchester East Hants Health Center.
Carol was born in Moncton N.B. on June 5, 1955. She was the daughter of Joan (Tomlinson) Elmsdale and the late Eldon Stewart.
Carol was employed at The Chickenburger in Bedford for 30 years. She always loved to see her regulars and referred to her customers as her clients. She had a great sense of humor and was still being her funny self-right to the end.
Carol is survived by her husband Anthony, Sons Ryan and Chad (Jess), grandchildren – Alexa, Breagh, Sophie, God daughter Makayla MacDonnell, Brother Gordon (Maureen), Sister Cheryl (Don) and Mother Joan.
Carol was predeceased by her father Eldon Stewart
Carol loved traveling and made many winter trips to the Caribbean and especially enjoyed vacationing at her summer home at the RPRR in Red Point, PEI with her best cousin and great friend Judy Coffin.
Many thanks to the Palliative care 3rd Floor at Colchester East Hants Health Center in Truro.
Special thanks to Palliative Care nurses Kailee and Janet for their dedicated care and support for Carol and her family.
As per Carol’s wishes Cremation has taken place and there will be a private family burial at a later date.
