Carmen Elliott Davison 19632018

Carmen Elliott Davison
1963-2018
Having been blessed with far more years than
his predicted life span, with broken hearts, we announce the passing
of our beloved son on April 23, 2018. Carmen Elliott Davison was born
in Wolfville on February 21, 1963 to Kenneth and Judy (Lyon) Davison;
brother to Bernie and wife, Angela; uncle to Kori and Duncan. He was
predeceased by maternal grandparents, Medford and Myrtle Lyon;
paternal grandparents, Alfred and Edith Davison; aunts, uncles and
cousins but survived by a large number of family members who all loved
him. Carmen’s life was not an easy one. Throughout
this he endured pain and suffering but he brought into our world a
basic need to be loved. It was this undying love of his family that
kept him safe and happy. A wonderful life that he struggled hard to
hang on to.
Sincere appreciation goes out to the EMC teams,
doctors and nurses of Medical B for their compassionate care shown
over the last few weeks. Also thanks to those who were there for us
with visits and food. Cremation has taken place. There will be no
visitation, by request. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m.,
Thursday, April 26, 2018 in the White Family Funeral Home, Kentville,
Reverend Gary Manthorne officiating. Burial will take place at a later
date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the EKM
Hospital, Wolfville or the Annapolis Valley VON. Funeral arrangements
have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation
Services, Kentville.
