Obituary Overview
In Loving Memory
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Carl Ross Weatherbee Jr. age 53 of Amherst on Saturday August 11, 2018 at the Hotel – Dieu de Quebec.
Born in Amherst he was a son of Claudia (Little) Weatherbee and the late Carl Ross Weatherbee Sr.
Carl was a dedicated hard worker and enjoyed his career as a truck driver.
He enjoyed being outdoors, camping, dancing and spending time with the love of his life, Kim.
Carl loved his daughters with all of his heart.
His legacy will live on in the lives of other through his generosity of organ donation.
Carl will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Kim (Lucci); daughters, Adelaide and Carly Weatherbee -Murray; step daughter, Alisha Lucci (G Dagle); brother, Darren (Bobbi – Jo); nieces, Maegan and Autumn; and his best friend Guy the dog; as well as extended family, friends and co-workers at Rideau Pipe.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his sister, Carleen.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 7:00 -9:00 pm, followed by cremation and a celebration of Life on Wednesday, August 22 between the hours of 6:00 – 9:00 pm all at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St., Amherst (902) 667-9906.
In lieu of floral tributes, memorial contributions in Carl’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetic Association.
