Cam Nhuan Huynh February 7 1957 – November 13 2018
Born in Saigon, Vietnam on February 7, 1957, Cam passed away in Vancouver, Canada, on November 13 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Cam was a loving and devoted husband, father, and friend. He was a very hardworking man who was always fully dedicated to the task at hand, whether it was at work or at home. As a longstanding employee of Mason Lift Ltd for over 20 years, he greatly enjoyed his career as a forklift mechanic.
Cam had a passion for bicycles, automobiles, and fishing. As a self-proclaimed handy-man, Cam loved to fix things in his spare time, and took so much pride in a job well-done. If there was any way he could help someone in need, he was always the first to give everything he had. Generous with his time, care, and love, Cam effortlessly spread joy into the lives of everyone he touched.
He will be missed dearly by his beloved wife Becky and two daughters, Sophia and Christina. He left behind a legacy of gentle kindness, care, and generosity that will never be forgotten. During his life Cam touched the lives of many, and will continue to do so long after his passing.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 9:00 am at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 am.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at the Vancouver General Hospital and to the Vancouver Hospice Society, who provided Cam with the utmost care.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.forestlawn-burnaby.com for the Huynh family.
