MIHALIC/SULJAK, Bozica “Betty”
It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, daughter, sister and grandmother, Bozica, “Betty” at the young age of 54. Betty was born February 18th, 1964 and joined our Heavenly Father on June 6th, 2018. Betty fought a good fight after a valiant battle with cancer. Cherished daughter of Mijo and Katica Mihalic (nee Vlasic). Loving mother of Deanna (Milan) Sarapa and grandmother to Mileja Sarapa. Beloved sister of Linda (James) Laurie of Glenview, IL and aunt to Reese and Gavin Laurie. Betty will be sadly missed by family in Croatia. Our heartfelt gratitude and thanks to Dr. Schneider and staff at the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre. Also, many thanks to the compassionate nurses and staff at W.R.H., Met. Campus – 4 West for their outstanding care. Visitation at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234 on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 3-5 pm. and 7-9 pm. Prayers Sunday at 8 pm. Funeral Service on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 9:15 am from the funeral home then to St. Francis of Assisi Church for Funeral Mass at 10 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to honour Betty’s life may be made to Windsor Es County Cancer Centre Foundation or St. Francis of Assisi Church Building Fund.
