On Monday, December 3rd, 2018 after a long fought and determined battle at Niagara Health system, St. Catharines Site. Bower, beloved brother of Gary, Robert, Ruth and Jessie, predeceased by his brothers Ron and James and his sister Laurie. Lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. In Celebration of Bower’s life, please enjoy a “Sunday drive” and remember him.
