BLAIR Deanna Marilyn nee Maddick 2018

In her 81st year, of Brantford, Ontario, passed away on November 19, 2018. A Celebration of Life will be held at McCleister Funeral Home, 495 Park Rd. North, Brantford, ON. N3R 7K8, on Saturday December 8, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Cremation has taken place. Deanna was born in Hamilton Ontario on May 8, 1938. She was a long time employee of Harding Carpets, and a dedicated 15 year volunteer at Nova Vita Shelter for Abused Women. She enjoyed needlework of all kinds, and leaves numerous beautiful and unique works of art with her loved ones. Deanna is survived by her children Jennifer Nairn (Norm), Lisa Teague, Andrea Teague Blair, and Dr. Kevin Teague (Jacqueline); siblings Barb Arnold and Sherrie Maddick; grandchildren Jaclyn Fraser (Tyler), Brian Nairn (Chantel), Brendan Miller, Shea Miller (Erika), Ethan, Owen and Blair Teague; and great grandchildren Baron Miller, Aurora Carriere-Miller, Nathan Nairn and Bennett Miller. Also left to mourn is her cherished lifelong friend Anita Searle. She is predeceased by her husband of 40 years Eric Blair (2015); parents Cecil and Mabel Maddick and beloved grandson Keegan (2008). Memorial donations may be made Nova Vita, 59 North Park Street, Brantford, ON N3R 4J8. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Dr. Anne Marie Connelly, for her caring support as her family physician for many years
