Hall, William Carl, peacefully at his residence on Wednesday December 27, 2017. Bill Hall of Southampton in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Hilary Hall (nee Johnson) of Southampton. Father of Chad of Wingham, Pam (Warren) Fischer of Ayton, Jeff (Chan) Hall of Wroxeter. Step father to Jeff (Penny) Dude of Moncton N.B. and Chris Miller of Stratford. Grandfather to Jerad, Cameron, Samantha, Wade and Colin. Step Grandfather to Caitlyn, Ryan, Jenna, Danielle and Candice. Great Grandfather to Parcar, Jazlyn and step Great Grandfather to Aaron, Ava, Alexis, Maddisyn and Hailey. Dear Brother of Lesley Ann Bates, Elizabeth McEachern and Rod Hall. Fondly remembered by several nieces and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Carl and Alice Hall. Bill was an avid horseman, a founder of the Hanover Barons Hockey Club and a former Director of Grey Bruce Crime Stoppers. He was an active and proud member of the Southampton Curling Club and Holiday Golf Club. Bill worked as a Canada Post Letter Carrier in Hanover for 30 years. The family wishes to thank the Palliative Care Team, Dr. Hodgson, VON Team, PSW’s, E-Shift and to Kristen’s Pharmacy Southampton. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Bill’s Life will be conducted in the Chapel of the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton, on Saturday May 5, 2018 at 1pm. A time of fellowship and sharing will follow at the Southampton Curling Club. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Saugeen Memorial Hospital Foundation.
