Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, on Friday evening from 6-8 with Parish Prayers said in the parlour at 5:45.

Then to the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia, for Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday morning, June 2nd at 11 o’clock. Interment: St. Michael’s Cemetery, Orillia.

PEARSON, Bernard Paul “Bernie” (Former member of Georgian Peaks Ski Club, Knights of Columbus and Dirty Dozen Hunt Club; Former employee of IBM). Suddenly passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Tuesday May 29, 2018 in his 90th year. Bernie Pearson of Orillia, originally of Toronto, beloved husband of the late Rosemarie (nee: DeJong). Loving father of Heather Molnar (Kent Drope) of Barrie, Sandy Sloan of Beeton and Glenn Pearson of Orillia. Proud grandfather of Jacob, Sarah and Ray. Recently predeceased by his loving companion Nancy Taylor. Dearly missed by Nancy’s children and their families. Bernie will be fondly remembered by his cousins, extended family and many friends. Visitation will be held at the Mundell Funeral Home, 79 West St. N., Orillia, on Friday evening from 6-8 with Parish Prayers said in the parlour at 5:45. Then to the Church of the Guardian Angels, 115 West St. N., Orillia, for Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday morning, June 2nd at 11 o’clock. Interment: St. Michael’s Cemetery, Orillia. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Orillia Soldiers Memorial Hospital or the Church of the Guardian Angels’ would be gratefully appreciated.
