Bernard “Bernie” Fiander
1948-2018
Passed peacefully away at home on January 7, 2018, Bernard
Fiander, of Point Verde, at the age of 69.
Predeceased by his mother Helen.
Leaving to mourn, his loving wife Carley; son Bob (Melin);
daughters Karen and Sheena (Robert); father Otto Fiander (Winnie);
grandchildren Jonathan, Evah, Mia and T.J.; sisters Brenda (Jim) and
Pearl (Russ); mother-in-law Julia Greene; as well as his nieces,
nephews, extended family members and friends.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Maher’s Funeral Home,
Placentia. A private family memorial to take place at a
later date in his hometown of Coombs Cove, Fortune Bay.
