Obituary of Beatrice Sanford
Sanford, Beatrice Mary – 90 years, of Caledonia formerly of Greywood, passed away on January 17, 2018, in the North Queens Nursing Home. Born June 28, 1927, she was the daughter of loving parents, the late Austin and Stella (Wentzell) Nauss. Beatrice enjoyed doing embroidery work, listening to country music, and reading a good book. When Beatrice was a little girl she gained a great interest in scrapbooking, and also the Royal family, which she enjoyed both her entire life.
Beatrice is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Sanford of Bridgewater; two grandsons; and a great granddaughter and a great grandson; along with several nieces and nephews. Other than her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Cyril; daughters, Patricia Ann in infancy, and Mary Armstrong; son in law, Clayton; sisters and brothers. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the Kaulbach Family Funeral Home, Annapolis Royal. A service will be held at the later date. Donations in Beatrice’s memory may be may be sent to Clementsvale Cemetery or a charity of choice. The family wish to thank the nursing staff, Doctor, and Nurse Practitioner of North Queen Nursing Home. And well as a thank you to all the family and friends who visited with Bea.
