It is with broken hearts that
the family of the late ARCHIBALD “ARCH” RIDEOUT of
Frenchman’s Cove announces his
passing. Arch passed away at the
Health Science Center in St. John’s on December
16th,2018, at the age of
70. Leaving to mourn with a
lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife Marie of 33 years; sons,
Joshua Power (Catherine Schwank) of Brooks, AB., Zachary Rideout and
Dawson Rideout of Frenchman’s Cove; daughter, Mackenzie
Rideout; brothers, Leonard (Gloria) of Frenchman’s Cove,
Benjamin (Sheila) of Frenchman’s Cove, and Terry (Barb
Hoffman) of Alberta; sisters, Hannah Mullins (Edward) of
Frenchman’s Cove, Florence Cluett of Frenchman’s
Cove, Joyce Rideout (Cyril Lundrigan) of Frenchman’s Cove,
Nadalca Hynes (Clarence) of Deer Lake, Mimie Bennett of St.
John’s, Laura Rideout of Alberta, Shirley Nelson of Lloyd
Minister and Sheila Rideout (Alvin Green) of Burin; sister-in-law
Violet Rideout of Nova Scotia plus a large circle of extended family
and friends. Arch was predeceased
by his parents Archibald and Lottie Rideout and brother Cecil Rideout
The Rideout Family will be
accepting visitors at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in
Frenchman’s Cove on Wednesday, December
19th beginning at 7pm and
Thursday, December 20th from 10am to
9pm.
Mass of Christian
Burial will take place at St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church in
Frenchman’s Cove on Friday, December
21st at a time to be
announced.
Interment to follow at the St. Joan of Arc RC
Cemetery in Frenchman’s
Cove.
In Arch’s memory donations may be made to
The Rideout Family or flowers gratefully
accepted.
