Remembering Mom
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Anne Monk (nee Wozniak) on Monday, November 12, 2018.
Left behind to cherish the memories are her three children, Maureen Irvine (Ian), Jeffrey Monk (Sue) and Lisa Brooks (Scott). Mom was blessed with four grandchildren, Dixie, Evan, Brett and Adam who were the lights of her life.
Her loving husband Arnold Monk predeceased Mom in 2006.
The family is honouring Anne’s wishes by planning a private, graveside service to be held at a future date.
Our family would like to extend our sincere gratitude Dr. Kevin Saunders, the staff and volunteers at Middlechurch Home. Each of you provided wonderful care and a loving environment for our mother during her stay.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Anne Monk 2018..
