Angèla Caissie
1934-2018
Angèla Caissie, 83, of Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully,
surrounded by her family on Saturday April 28, 2018 at the UHC Dr.
Georges L Dumont, Moncton. She was married to the late Gerard Caissie
(2014). Born in Saint-Antoine, she was the daughter of the late
Hypolite and the late Marguerite (Thibodeau) Richard.
She will be sadly missed by her four children; Aline Caissie (Davene)
of Saint-Norbert, Thérèse LeBlanc (Emile), Jeannine
Caissie and Jean-Guy (Courtney) of Saint-Antoine, her six
grandchildren; Marc, Michel, Tammy, Mélanie, Josée and
Mathieu as well as one great granddaughter Jessica. She also leaves
to mourn three brothers; Ovila (Doris), Yvon (Eva) and Donald Cormier
(Florence) of Moncton and several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by her adoptive parents; Zoël and Elise
Cormier, one great grandson Adam, one sister Stella and two
half-sisters; Mélina and Hermine as well as five brothers;
Albini, Fred, Telex, Fidèle and Gilbert.
In following with Angela’s wishes, there will be no visitation
at the funeral home. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at the
Saint-Antoine de l’Ermite Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Antoine,
on Friday May 4, 2018 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish
Cemetery in the spring.
In Angela’s memory, donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT
Foundation.
